Should I book Tier 1 or Tier 2?
On completion of the mandatory e-learning module, you must then choose Tier 1 OR Tier 2 training.
Tier 1: One-hour live online session, designed for staff who need general awareness of the support and care needed. Co-delivered by Autistic trainers, trainers with a learning disability, and facilitators.
OR
Tier 2: Full-day in-person training, designed for those actively providing direct care and support. Co-delivered by Autistic trainers, trainers with a learning disability, and facilitators.
